HOW THE CORINIUM CARE SERVICE WORKS In the first instance please contact us on 01453 839290 and ask to speak to one of our Care Management team so that we can discuss your needs and individual requirements. We give you an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have and we can give you an overview of the service we provide. We can send you a copy of our terms and conditions for your consideration and if you decide to proceed further then we can arrange an appointment for a home visit, to enable us to undertake a risk assessment and also to give us an opportunity to meet you personally and help to develop a care plan that best suits your needs. Following the visit we supply a confirmation letter detailing the service we can offer you and a final costing for your individual care package. At this time we also ask that our agreement and personal details forms are completed and returned to the office. Your Care Manager will then work alongside our bookings team to ensure you have a carer that is best suited to you. We will take into consideration the level of care required, carers' individual skills, personality, interests, cooking abilities and whatever else you are looking for in a carer to find the best possible person for you. Once your care package has started you will receive regular telephone contact from your Care Manager to discuss how everything is working out for you and we also undertake to visit you at least annually to conduct a review of your care package to see that it is working to our mutual satisfaction. We provide both short-term and long-term care packages and all are tailored to meet the individual needs of the client. Corinium Care Limited is a growing company and currently we provide care in the following counties:
Bath and Somerset We also have clients in London, Scotland and Wales and we are happy to take enquiries from all parts of the United Kingdom and if we are able to provide a reliable and sustainable service then we can expand the area that we cover to meet individual needs. |
