The Carer

We seek to ensure that our carers have the personality and commitment essential to the welfare and needs of the client.

Selection.

All our carers are carefully selected to guarantee their suitability to carry out our assignments. We adopt an equal opportunities selection policy. Each applicant is carefully throughout the interview and induction process and only on successful completion of the 4 day training programme are they in a position to register as a carer on Corinium Care's books.

The Work.

Carers are expected to look after our clients with the same compassion as they would a member of their own family by helping them with all the activities of daily living.

Support.

The Managers regularly visit their clients whose welfare is monitored frequently. Our office hours are 8:30 - 5:00, and our office staff are always here to lend support and advice. Out of hours there is an emergency phone service for anyone who needs help, or as situations arise.
