As one of the few agencies who specialise in the introduction of live in carers, Corinium Care operates across the southern part of the country, from Wales through to Sussex, Kent and London. Although we are always expanding.

The carer works on a weekly rota system. Realising the importance of continuity to both our clients and their families, we try and propose the same regular carers for each client. Our clients are given the opportunity to make informed decisions about the choice of their carer and client preference will be taken into account where possible.

Every client is visited and assessed by one of our qualified care managers and the initial assessment is then followed up by regular reviews carried out by the client’s personal care manager.

We seek to introduce: 

• A carer who will give support and gentle companionship to all clients enabling them to remain in their own homes for as long as they wish.
• A carer who will respect the client’s dignity, privacy and choice at all times.
• A carer who will assist with all personal care tasks, depending on the client’s individual’s needs.
• A carer who will encourage and help the client to do as much for him/herself as possible, no matter how small their contribution may be.
• A carer who will undertake light housework, cooking and shopping duties, in accordance with the client’s wishes.
